How to use Basing Glue
1. Plan your base
Start with a clean, prepared base. Decide where you would like your main textures and scenic details to sit before applying glue.
For a natural-looking result, it often helps to work in layers. Begin with your ground texture, then add smaller stones, grass, foliage or other finishing details afterwards.
2. Apply the glue
Apply Fast Drying Basing Glue to the areas where you want your scenic material to sit. A controlled, even layer works best—use enough to provide a good bond without flooding fine details.
3. Add your scenic materials
Sprinkle, press or place your chosen material onto the glued area. Sand and grit can be scattered over the surface, while larger rocks, tufts and details can be positioned individually.
4. Leave it to dry
Allow the glue to dry fully before handling the base, painting over the texture or adding further layers. Always follow the directions on the product label.
Build your base in layers
