Returns And Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Geek Gaming Scenics (operated by Geek Gaming Customs Ltd) and is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at contact@geekgamingscenics.com. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

To be eligible for a return under this right:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage
  • We recommend using a tracked service for items over £25, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days, using your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if your item is:

  • Faulty or not of satisfactory quality
  • Not fit for purpose
  • Not as described

Your rights depend on when you report the issue:

  • Within 30 days of delivery — you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement at your choice.

These rights apply regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or on sale.

To report a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@geekgamingscenics.com with your order number and a description (and photo if possible) of the issue. We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrectly sent items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition (unless faulty)

4. Sale Items

Sale items are subject to the same statutory rights as full-price items. If a sale item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on sale items once the 14-day cancellation window has passed.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items that are faulty or damaged. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at contact@geekgamingscenics.com with your order details.

6. Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

7. How to Return an Item

Please contact us before sending any return so we can authorise it and provide instructions. Unauthorised returns may cause delays.

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
