These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of www.geekgamingscenics.com and any purchase you make from Geek Gaming Scenics (operated by Geek Gaming Customs Ltd, "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms. English law governs this Agreement and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
1. About Us
Geek Gaming Scenics is a trading name of Geek Gaming Customs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our products are designed and manufactured in-house in the United Kingdom.

2. Your Account
By registering on our site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete.
3. Placing an Order
3.1 Before submitting your order, you will be shown a summary including product descriptions, prices, applicable taxes, and delivery charges. We recommend saving a copy for your records.
3.2 We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Visa Electron, as well as PayPal and other payment methods available at checkout.
3.3 All goods supplied will correspond to their description and price (subject to errors and omissions). If this is not the case, you will be entitled to reject the goods within a reasonable period for a full refund.
3.4 In the event that an incorrect price is displayed on our website, we reserve the right not to fulfil the order at that price. You will be notified promptly and given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
4. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
4.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
4.2 To cancel, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing contact@geekgamingscenics.com, stating your name, order number, and the items you wish to cancel. We will confirm cancellation by return email.
4.3 Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Any use beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may invalidate your right to cancel.

The cost of return postage is your responsibility and is non-refundable.
4.5 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return — whichever is earlier.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details of your rights and how to make a claim.
6. Delivery
6.1 Orders received before 1:00pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. If we are unable to meet the stated delivery timeframe, we will notify you promptly by email to arrange an alternative or offer a cancellation.
6.2 Any shortages or damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. After this period, we will assume all items have been received in good order (except those noted as on back order).
6.3 Items temporarily out of stock may be placed on back order and dispatched as soon as they become available. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory consumer rights or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of this site or our products.
7.3 We exclude liability only where losses were not foreseeable by both parties at the time the contract was formed, were not caused by any breach on our part, or relate to business losses (these terms are intended for consumers only).
8. Content & Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and their arrangement — is the copyright of Geek Gaming Customs Ltd or its licensors. You may print or save portions of this site for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly from those shown, as manufacturers may make minor changes during ongoing development. Some images may show accessories not included with the product.
8.3 Any software or digital materials supplied by us remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works from such materials without our written consent.
9. External Links
This site may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content of any site not under our control. Activating such links will take you away from our site.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, extreme weather, war, civil disorder, industrial disputes, or acts of government or regulatory authorities.
