How to Apply
- Apply basing glue or PVA to the area you wish to cover.
- Press Base Ready Coral Sands firmly into the wet glue using a stiff brush.
- Shake off any excess and allow to dry completely.
- Layer tufts, alien grass, or washes on top to build depth and a rich coastal scene.
- Seal with a coat of matt varnish to protect the finish during gaming and transport.

Tips
Tips
- Layer up for depth — apply a base coat of Coral Sands, then dry brush with a pale cream or bone colour to bring out the texture and add a sun-bleached highlight
- Mix with other Base Ready products — combine with fine sand or grit for a more varied, natural-looking shoreline or desert floor
- Use a dedicated basing glue — PVA works well, but a thicker basing glue gives better grip and reduces waste when dipping
- Work in sections — on larger bases or dioramas, apply glue and sand in small areas to prevent the glue drying before you're done
- Seal before painting details — apply a thin coat of matte varnish after the sand dries to lock it in place before adding washes or tufts
- Boost with tufts and foliage — alien grass tufts or dried flower heads placed sparingly add a striking contrast against the warm coral tones

- Apply a thin layer of glue to the area where you want to apply the Grimdark City Rubble.
- Sprinkle the Grimdark City Rubble onto the glue and spread it out evenly.
- Allow the glue to dry completely.
- You can add additional elements, such as rocks, debris, or skulls, to create a more realistic effect.
