How to Apply
- Apply basing glue or PVA to the area you wish to cover.
- Place or sprinkle Base Ready Slate Chippings onto the wet glue, arranging as desired for a natural, irregular effect.
- Press down gently to secure and allow to dry completely.
- Fill gaps with a complementary Base Ready basing mix, then layer tufts or static grass to build depth and a convincing rocky scene.
- Seal with a coat of matt varnish to protect the finish during gaming and transport.

- Apply a thin layer of basing glue to the surface where you want to place the Slate Chippings (Mixed)
- Sprinkle the Slate Chippings (Mixed) over the glue and press down lightly.
- Allow the glue to dry completely.
- Once the glue is dry, you can paint the Slate Chippings (Mixed) to create the desired effect.
